Located in the heart of artistic Bushwick, Brooklyn, Fitzcarraldo is our private events space housed in a 35,000 square foot warehouse.  The beautiful indoor space and outdoor garden can accommodate small weddings and events of up to 60 guests for a seated events, and up to 80 guests for a standing cocktail party.  Visit our website or email us for more information.


501 Union was constructed with a hat tip to both its industrial roots and the Deco Era.  Opulent wallpaper, custom built globe chandeliers, an outdoor garden space, and two Carrara marble bars are just a few of the features that contribute to its unique splendor.  The building plays host to all manner of private events including elaborate wedding ceremonies, an array of conferences, charity events, and more.


Built in 1889, the Green Building was originally constructed as a brass foundry.  It has since been restored into an elegant mixed-use event venue with more than 6,000 square feet of combined indoor and outdoor space.  Renovations highlight the building's industrial past; the venue's original exposed brick walls, natural light, and open-beamed ceiling making a unique setting for your event in Brooklyn, New York.



Threes @ Franklin + Kent, the sister to Threes Brewing in Gowanus, is a bar and private event venue located in the center of Greenpoint, Brooklyn.  The space features Threes beer on draft, liquor, wine and delicious food by Purslane!  The beautiful street level space can accommodate small weddings and events of up to 70 guests seated, and up to 100 guests for a standing cocktail party.

Some of our favorite local venues are listed below.  We serve the tri-state area and have worked in hundreds of venues in the metropolitan region.  If we haven't worked in your venue before, we are happy to do an initial walk-through to properly gauge staffing and rental needs.

Brooklyn Grange

The 65,000 square foot farm atop Building No. 3 at the Brooklyn Nay Yard boasts sweeping views of the dock, East River, and downtown Manhattan.  With a 2,000 square food paved deck and wide walkways this farm can be set up in a variety of configurations and is perfect for a wedding, fashion show, or banquet-style gala.


This metal foundry was restored and renovated to reflect its original industrial character and began hosting events in 2001.  It is the only foundry in the area still standing today.


Dobbin St is a tailored event space centrally located in Williamsburg.  A transformed Brooklyn factory that exudes a minimalist and luxury feel, boasting stunning Manhattan skyline views and vaulted 22 foot ceilings.

Pioneer Works

Located in a 25,000 square foot manufacturing warehouse in Red Hook, the space went under an extensive renovation in 2012.  The facility now houses artist studios, exhibition and performance spaces, a science lab, and a recording studio.

The Bell House

In the Fall of 2008, a 1920's warehouse was converted into The Bell House.  It serves as a magnificent two-room music and events venue located in Gowanus, Brooklyn.  The main room boasts 25 foot wooden arched ceilings and a 450 square foot stage


Conveniently located in the heart of Downtown Brooklyn's Cultural District, Roulette's 1928 Art Deco Theater is a stunning, adaptable, and well equipped setting for weddings, performances, galas, and fundraisers.

Greenpoint Loft

Originally a pre-WWII era warehouse, the venue has been restored to its original raw appearance; exposed high beam ceilings, wooded floors, and open window skylights.  The Greenpoint Loft also boasts a magnificent view of the Manhattan skyline.

26 Bridge

The renovations of this former metal factory highlight the buildings industrial past, accentuating the original brick walls, large wooden doors, and magnificent high ceiling with a skylight.

North Brooklyn Farm

The farm reshapes unused land into public green spacee where people connect with nature and one another through agriculture and fine access to sustainably-grown produce.


This Manhattan studio is flooded with natural light, and the transition to night serves as a dramatic setting for any event including films and photography shoots, product launches, weddings and receptions, and corporate retreats.
